假山塑石出现掉色开裂怎么办?

  为预防塑石假山开裂,能够在施工时对原料混凝土停止处置。但是假如在运用了若干年后,假山塑石呈现掉色以至开裂问题怎样办呢?

  假山外表掉色及拼接缝开裂这些问题主要跟GRC资料的特性及施工工艺有关。

  GRC假山岩片在制造过程中,面层通常采用素浆喷涂工艺,素浆凝固后构成纹理外表,素浆中无沙石等骨料的参加,构造性会大大降低,后期会构成零落,假山外表颜色的零落,其实就是素浆的零落,拼接缝开裂跟GRC水泥的强度有很大的关系,GRC水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,特性是快速凝固,缺陷是凝固后的构造强度较差。
  In the manufacturing process of GRC rocks, the surface layer is usually sprayed with plain slurry. The plain slurry solidifies and forms texture appearance. Without the participation of aggregates such as sand and stone in plain slurry, the structure will be greatly reduced. Later, it will form fragments. The color of rocks surface is actually the fragmentation of plain slurry. The cracking of splicing joint has a great relationship with the strength of GRC cement. GRC cement has a great relationship with ordinary Portland water. Compared with mud, it is characterized by rapid solidification, and the defect is that the structural strength after solidification is poor.

  以上的问题均能够采用简单修复的工艺完成,拼接缝开裂修复采用GRC水泥重新涂抹、粘合,重新作色也能处理假山的掉色问题。

  假如是假山塑石内部的钢构造选材和焊接不到位,会招致GRC假山后期的破损,以至倒塌,如立即采取修复,能大大进步假山的运用寿命,如若耽误太久,内部骨架受损率较高,则无修复可能,只能推倒重建。
